Made a card for my dear friend Patty...

Aloha... HImawari babies...

I got my first Himawari images from Joni... a very creative island sistah. Since I was making a RAK for my Aloha RAKin partner I decided to use the Himawari baby with the surf board.... He's so cute.... I also used the layout for Little Cs challenge last week hahahah. I just didn't enter it in to play along... I shall again play though....

Quick post gotta a lot to do before Legoland Trip. Still haven't packed and hubby is home... YEY! whatta a great way to kick off our memorial weekend.

Here's the card I made for my daughters teacher....I actually took the picture yesterday after I had applied the glossy accent liquid. It wasn't dry when I took the picture so it kinda looks weird. heheheh

here's the inside, again I took the picture yesterday so this one doesn't have the beige flower I added to cover the flourish ends hahahaha. 

Hope it's not too feminine... hehehehe....

TSRD RIce is nice but you're the best....

I love this stamp set from TSRD. I was once a designer for them but lots of changes and I thank them for letting me be a part of it all. I love love this card I made a while back, when I first got it.. here's the old card.

 I like the layout of the card so I decided to kinda make a better one and here is what I came up with...

I've been using my 7Gypsies Hudson Valley Scrapbook pack. I love the color combo they have and you can go wrong when you use a set pack for any projects hahahaha. I will post another one tomorrow with the same stamp set. It's my daughters teachers bday tomorrow so I'm in the process of making him a card and I used this TSRD set.

Treat Box....

I made this treat box for my daughters school friend, Tyler. He's so cute and adorable and just a super sweetheart. I got the image from Issa who was my RAK partner last May. And immediately when I saw this image I knew I had to make Tyler something. heheheh It really looks like him. He has the same curly kinky black hair. Lovely eyes and just too cute. I had wrap the box as if I was wrapping a book and made a cover inside. Anywhoots I will post the measurements as soon as I get it all together. hahahah I was writing it on a whole bunch of scrap paper around me when I made it. Okie dokie. Here' it is...

I put jelly sticks inside the box. I love them jelly sticks... It's one of those Lychee jellys... hehehe. Okie dokie Hope you all have a blessed day.

Happy Birthday Card.

Hello everyone... How's everyone doin? I'm just posting my previous drafts. I still haven't blurf as much as I really want to. Here's what I came up with one of the image I got from Ilissa... 

I love it. Its so cute. Since it was a stamped image already I couldn't do any embossing on the outline so I just used some gloss accent for the wings to give it shine.... hehehe. Here's the inside part of it. 

So today I had to take my little girl to have her tb test checked... Negative of course. It was so horrible when we took her last saturday... She had to get the TB test and blood draw that day... The med assistant poked her 3 times before she got any blood from her.... SUCKS big time... I mean I as a nurse gives shots with WAY bigger needles but I'm not a phlebotomist so I'm not certified to do it but DARN this girl poked my daughter 2x before she got any blood and while the needle wasn't pickin' up any blood she was goin' around the area where she poked trying to find a vein. Ayaya I tell you.... I nearly cried looking at my daughter and how painful it was for her... She said, " But mommy it really hurts!" with her tears fallin' down like a faucet... whew thank god I got that out... hahahaha
To make up for it, I guess, we all had a wonderful and blessed Saturday @ the beach... and it was as if she never went through that painful process. hahahaha

Okie dokie... that's it for now. I shall try to post as daily as possible since I have been crafting a bit more every night now... whooo hooo I just gotta get back to blurfing...

April RAK from Ilissa

Aloha from Ilissa.... She was my RAK partner last month and here's what she had for me...

I got a whole lot of TGF images that I really really love and I need to buy for myself. hehehe. She also sent me an aloha notepad, them gorgeous prima flowers, and this beautiful card. On one of the images she shared with me was this cutie image up on the card. I'm in the process of finishing a card with the same image. So I shall post asap... eheheh.

Happy Birthday Ate Dulce...

Happy Birthday ate.. I love this card... I copied the same layout of the first card I made with this stamp. It was one of my big sisters birthday last week and I made her this card. We all celebrated on the weekend, girls night and partyin' and we even invited Ms. Patron hahahaahaha. We went to Morongo hotel and casino, enjoyed the outlet and the hotel and the buffet hahaahaha and the club of course..... I will try to post our group picture soon...

Little C's Challenge 2+ layering.....

Came to join the Little C's Challenge this week. I really love all the stamps I got from Little C's and thought I'd enter this one on this weeks challenge. I had so much fun making this card, the image was too cute but I sure wish I could color WAY better than I can actually color. I would really love to learn shadowing and better techniques on how to color without making any patterns and what sorts. hahahaha.
